Rahyab SAILING is consistent and has been integrated with terminal operating system (TOS) settled in Shahid Rajaee Container Terminal (known as TCTS) completely. The software also enjoys high technology in design and implementation. It has been equipped with a modern and user friendly interface.
                         
Rahyab SAILING includes the following modules and sub modules:

• Inbound
  This module is provided to perform the related tasks of documentation process in inbound cycle. This module besides the following sub modules is equipped to many useful and exclusive features such as EDI transactions (reading and writing), Bill of Lading related processes, online connection to TOS (TCTS) etc. Here are the sub modules of this section:
  

  • Bill of Lading
  • Arrival Notice
  • Delivery Order
  • Local Invoice
  • Freight Invoice
  • Detention Invoice
  • Temporary Permission
  • Electronic Container Receipt (ECR)

• Outbound
  This module is provided to perform the related tasks of documentation process in outbound cycle. This module is involved to equipment control module to perform exactly and correctly. • Equipment Control
  In this module, users can manage the operational status of a called vessel (in the other hand, a voyage) and each containers on a clear cycle separately. In this section the related data may be updated manually or by using the Rahyab SAILING exclusive feature, MAGIC, which is the ONLINE connection between the shipping agency office and container terminal system (TCTS). As it has been emphasized previously this section in spun to the outbound module. Here are the sub modules of this section:

• Cycle
  In this module cycles can be managed. The exact meaning of a cycle is a place in which a container can be entered in the system. A common way for a container to be entered in the system is from an incoming vessel (a voyage). In this case containers are imported in the system through inbound Bill of Ladings. Other forms can be thought as leasing, buying and producing containers (without any Bill of Ladings). We regard this as miscellaneous way. General speaking in Rahyab SAILING, a container will be entered in the system through a cycle and it will move over the cycle until it will reach to the end point of the cycle (for example to be loaded on a vessel) Here are the sub modules of this section:

• Billing
  The target of this module is to be a supplementary section for the financial sub modules (in Inbound and Outbound modules). So users can enroll the payment details of any kind of invoices in this module. Here are the sub modules of this section:
  

  • Local Invoice Payment (Inbound / Outbound)
  • Detention Invoice Payment (Inbound / Outbound)
  • Freight Invoice Payment

               

• Port Commudity
  This module and Shipping Agency module both constitute the basic information section of Rahyab SAILING. In essence the Port Community module has concentrated on the basic data which are related to the port(s) and container terminal systems. Hence, it is rational to update Rahyab SAILING’s port community data via terminal operating system rather than manually. Rahyab SAILING is enabled to do this with ease.   This module and Port Community module both constitute the basic information section of Rahyab SAILING.
